From the infinitely small to the immensity of the universe, Yves explores the emotions of man and his respective interactions with a marine, mountainous, spatial or totally abstract environment.

These emotions are enabled by the use of multiple techniques, appropriate to the elements/environment and the rendering objective: The knife to witness the power of the waves or express the rocky bars, multiple sprays to immerse yourself in the immensity of starry and nebulous skies or with a brush to stroll along the Canal du Midi.

His personal photos generate emotions which can be a source of inspiration for his paintings.

The abstract paintings, signed with a simple discreet W, allow exhibitions in the 4 orientations to multiply emotions and provide different visions of the world according to the collector's desire.

Trainings: From his adolescence, Yves had the immense luck of having as a teacher, a renowned professional trompe l'oeil painter, Gilles Cadiou, known as Gilou. Then he continued his training in different painting schools, notably in Toulouse, the pink city, even if his favorite color is orange.

The recognition is probably illustrated by the multiple certificates of artistic merit that he received from the prestigious Luxembourg Art Prize for four consecutive years.
